Law Minister on Sibal vs Hazare
In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Law Minister Veerappa Moily says that the new bill to check corruption – the Lokpal Bill – can be passed by August 15 if different parties cooperate. He also says that "a communication gap" could be responsible for the recent tension between social activist Anna Hazare and Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal - who are both members of the committee that will draft the new bill.
