Montek Singh on the 11th mid-term plan appraisal
Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission MS Ahluwalia says that the Indian economy will grow at 8.1 per cent for the 11th plan which is the highest ever achieved in any 5 year period. He adds that inflation remains a key concern for the government.
