National anthem in sign language
As notes of the national anthem pore out of loudspeakers, students of Government Secondary School for the Deaf, Kalkaji, present their own silent version of the anthem, expressing each line and each word with pride and joy. In these classrooms these children learn read and write just the regular way but in their own special sign language. They now perform the national anthem with confidence and zest and perhaps understanding it much better than you and I ever did.
