New York art exhibit explores the final years of Mughal rule in India
At the Asia Society in New York, an exhibit titled "Princes and Painters in Mughal Delhi, 1707 to 1857" explores the new treatments in Mughal art that emerged during a critical, transitional period when Delhi went from being the heart of the Mughal Empire to the jewel in the crown of the British Raj.
