2G panel: War of words
The BJP threatened to bring a breach of privilege motion against Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal for announcing a probe into the 2G spectrum allocation outside Parliament. The minister hit back sarcastically asking whether it was the opposition's privilege to disrupt parliament and his ministry's functioning.
