Ahead Of Maharashtra Assembly Elections, An Advertisements War Erupts
A Congress and BJP war has erupted over advertisements ahead of the assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's catchphrase, 'ek hain to safe hain' has now turned into a poll campaign by the BJP with full-fledged ads across newspapers in Maharashtra. The Congress has hit out calling it communal while the BJP has highlighted the Congress's ad dating back to 1984, alleging it exposes their double speak on caste.
