Aviation crisis: Who is to blame?

Kingfisher Airlines passengers had a harrowing time with the airline cancelling almost half its flights over the weekend and another 30 on Monday. The government has refused to bailout Kingfisher, whose accounts have been frozen by the Income Tax department. Although both the government and Kingfisher Airlines Chairman Dr Vijay Mallya have apologised for the inconvenience caused to the unsuspecting passenger, the suffering seems to be far from over.
