Battleground Uttar Pradesh: Congress releases 'vision' document

The Congress released its 'vision statement' for the Uttar Pradesh polls today with the party promising 20 lakh jobs in five years if it comes to power in the state. Union law minister Salman Khurshid, who released the document in Lucknow, said, "People in UP should get what they deserve."
