Bihar Bypolls: A Battle Of Prestige
In by-elections the ruling party in any state has an edge over rivals but in Bihar where polling on two assembly seats will take place on October 30 the opposition RJD has done some simple social engineering and challenged Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The JDU must retain Tarapur and Kusheshwar Asthan assembly seats to arrest its further erosion.
