BJP MP Kiran Choudhry On If Family's Political Legacy Will Benefit Daughter Shruti
Rajya Sabha MP Kiran Choudhry, whose daughter, Shruti Choudhry, has been fielded by the BJP from the Tosham seat in Haryana assembly polls, spoke to NDTV today. Asked if the family's political legacy will benefit Shruti, she said the political legacies are not decided by anyone.
"The legacies are decided by the people and whoever has worked for the people," Ms Choudhary, who has won the Tosham seat four times, said.
Polling in Haryana will take place on October 5 while the votes will be counted on October 8. The BJP is eyeing a third consecutive term in the state.
