Heavy rains have caused severe waterlogging in multiple areas of Bengaluru. Even as the city battles severe flooding, its infrastructure problems have taken another hit. A video shared on X has gone viral, showing a physically challenged woman falling into a water-filled pothole during heavy rain near Halasahalli. The video has sparked outrage over the city's civic body's failure to maintain the roads, with residents and opposition leaders voicing their anger over the incident. An under-construction building also collapsed in Bengaluru where nearly 20 workers were working. Six people died in the incident.
