Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is planning to build a vaastu-complaint secretariat as he believes that his predecessors, who have functioned out of the building, have failed to deliver. "Definitely this Secretariat has bad Vaastu. History is proof that no one has prospered because of this. Let Telangana not suffer,'' the Chief Minister had said.
