Chennai Traffic Cops Get Air-Conditioned Helmets To Beat The Heat
The traffic police personnel in Tamil Nadu have been given air-conditioned helmets to beat the sweltering heat. The initiative was launched in the Avadi City Police limits, a suburb of Chennai city, on a pilot basis. NDTV's Sam Daniel spoke to cops and the city's police commissioner, Shankar Jiwal, about the initiative.
