Child Rape A National Emergency, Says Kailash Satyarthi
Nobel laureate and child rights activist Kailash Satyarthi tells NDTV that as far as the increasing cases of sexual violence against children is concerned, India is in a "state of emergency". Mr Satyarthi also calls upon the PM and the government to set up a 'national children tribunal'.
