"Civilians Not Our Enemy": Israel Orders Gaza City To Be Evacuated

Israel's military has ordered a million Gazans to evacuate the city ahead of a feared ground offensive. "We are preparing for a future combat operation. But there are civilians who are not our enemy and we do not want to target them. We are asking them to evacuate," said a military spokesperson.
