Congress' chief ministerial candidate for Uttar Pradesh Sheila Dikshit tells NDTV that it would have been better if the decision on the chief ministerial candidate would have been taken earlier. She said though she was reluctant earlier, she's now hopeful of a win and will make maximum use of whatever time she has left now.
