Congress gears up for UP; Rahul Gandhi to kickstart campaign from Phoolpur
Rahul Gandhi and the Congress have switched into high gear for their electoral campaign for the Uttar Pradesh polls to be held in next year. On the 14th of November - Jawaharlal Nehru's birth anniversary - his great grandson Rahul Gandhi will kickstart the party's poll campaign from Phoolpur, which was Nehru's constituency.
