Couldn't contact police chief for 15 minutes after blasts: Chavan to NDTV

Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan spoke to NDTV about the blasts in Mumbai on Wednesday evening. He said in the minutes after the blasts, mobile communication collapsed and networks were congested so he could not contact the police chief for 15 minutes.
