Delhi traffic chaos: Sheila cracks the whip
On both the occasions that it rained heavily in Delhi during the last week, the city found itself marooned in endless traffic jams and knee-deep water. The Delhi Chief Minister was in action mode on Tuesday, cracking the whip and demanding that roads be repaired immediately.
