Did Union Carbide ignore warnings?
The tragedy at Bhopal didn't happen out of the blue. It was waiting to happen. Everyone knew it. Journalists who reported the appalling safety standards at the Union Carbide plant well before the disaster, workers at the plant, and even the CBI, who had enough documents to indicate that Carbide was ignoring the inevitable.
