An eight-year-old mentally challenged girl has allegedly been raped by her maternal uncle and his brother. The accused allegedly lured the victim after promising her a vada-pav (a local snack) and then raped her. The incident took place on Saturday night in Siddharthnagar area in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.
