Mumbai is a city where, perhaps, the word for the moment is déjà vu. No matter who you speak to, they say it feels like we've been in this moment before. Everytime terrorism hits the city, all of us get angry and grieve. Then we get on with our lives. It is at times called resilience, and at times 'the spirit of Mumbai'.
