Replicating the Chennai mode,l the health department in Tamil Nadu has opened up hundreds of fever clinics for early diagnosis of coronavirus in districts emerging as new hotspots. In rural areas, the stigma has turned into a major challenge and consequently, people report late. NDTV's Sam Daniel sent this report from Chengalpattu that is emerging as the new COVID-19 epicentre in Tamil Nadu with more than 400 cases daily.
