Ahead of the Union Budget on Wednesday, Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress's former finance minister P Chidambaram released their version of the state of economy. According to them, job creation has fallen 90% since 2010 to less than 1.5 lakhs last year and credit growth is at 5% - the lowest in several decades.
