Indo-Pak statement: Congress backs PM
Voicing Congress' stand in support of the Indo-Pak joint statement, Salman Khurshid said, "The PM has tried his best to move forward. Decisions that have to be taken on the spot can't be constantly referred back to Parliament, or to the party."
