Iran Election Update | Low-key moderate candidate, Massoud Pezeshkian and protege of Iran's supreme leader Khamenei, Saeed Jalili are neck-and-neck in the vote count in snap presidential elections marked by voter apathy over economic hardships and social restrictions. However, none of the four candidates were able to secure a majority. A run-off between the top two candidates is set it be held on the first Friday.
