Special Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam hailed the Bombay High Court's decision of upholding Ajmal Kasab's death sentence. He said that the verdict was a victory of truth. The prosecution, he said, successfully managed to defeat Kasab's plans of escaping the gallows.
