2024 Bengal Election Results: Three categories of voters have played a key role in catapulting Mamata Banerjee's Trinamool Congress to 29 seats in West Bengal. These include women voters, minority vote and the tribal vote, as the Trinamool specifically reached out to these sections during the campaign. The effort has paid off with the BJP slumping to 12 seats this time from 18 seats the party won 2019.
