Massive Search Ops On In Manipur After Horrific Video, 12 Accused Identified
Four people have been arrested in Manipur after a video of two women paraded naked by a mob set off protests and condemnation across the country. The arrests were made over 70 days after the case was filed. Chief Minister N Biren Das said that strict action will be taken against all the culprits, including considering the possibility of capital punishment.
