Milind Deora hits out at Maharashtra govt
Another minister has the Congress red-faced and this time it is one of its own. Minister of State for Communication and IT Milind Deora, who is the 35-year-old Congress MP from South Mumbai, today complained about a "decision deficit" leading to a delay in executing crucial projects in his state Maharashtra, which is ruled by his own party.
