Mumbai's potholes: Commuters' nightmare

It is raining potholes in Mumbai despite the municipal corporation spending Rs 26 crore on repairing them. The civic body claims that 89% of potholes were repaired before monsoon, but on the ground, it's a nightmare for drivers in this 'city of craters'.
