Mumbai woke to a rainy morning in the aftermath of its first terror attack since 26/11. And was back at work - office-goers filling buses and local trains, children off to school. This time though, resilient Mumbai is also angry. Beneath that indomitable spirit, an undercurrent of helplessness - life has to go on, but, in the words of an angry young girl, "for how long will innocent people be killed...when will those responsible be punished?"
