Mumbai: Too busy to vote?
It was a much-hyped election but it all fizzled out at the end. With a history of low turnouts, Mumbai disappointed yet again with 45% of the electorate casting their vote for the crucial civic polls. We debate if Maximum City has been done in by cynicism and apathy.
