Narendra Modi, in UP, says Congress making false promises for 60 years
In a massive rally in Kanpur, the BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi has said that the Congress has been making false promises for 60 years. He said the government had failed to bring down inflation, and does not want to listen to people because of their 'arrogance'.
