Need To Focus On IEDs In Jammu And Kashmir: Ex-Head Of Northern Command
Speaking to NDTV on the spate of recent attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, former head of the Northern Command, Lt Gen DS Hooda said that the focus of anti-terror operations must now shift to Improvised Explosive Devices, and that IED have now become the most favourite weapon of the terrorists.
