The Uttar Pradesh government has informed the Supreme Court that it has withdrawn notices issued to 274 anti-CAA protesters in 2019 for recovery of damages done to public property allegedly by them and also proceedings against them have been withdrawn. The move came after the top court's intervention in the case.
