A day after it got over two-thirds majority in the Rajya Sabha, the resolution to revoke Article 370 - which gives special status and powers to the state of Jammu and Kashmir - will be debated and voted in the Lok Sabha. The resolution to revoke Article 370 as well as bifurcation of the state of Jammu and Kashmir to two Union Territories - J&K and Ladakh - have already been tabled in the House.
