After nationwide outrage, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj announced that India will go to International Court of Justice against Pakistan for the torture of Kargil martyr Captain Saurabh Kalia if the Supreme Court allows it to. On The Buck Stops Here, we debate: will taking Pakistan to international court deliver justice for Captain Kalia? Is it a realistic way out? Captain Kalia's brother Vaibhav joins us on the show and says the torture of his brother was a crime against humanity. Such torture, he said, happened in medieval times and that he was surprised Pakistan treated humans like that.

On The Buck Stops Here, Minister of State Kiren Rijiju speaks on where he stands on beef ban, Greenpeace, Delhi government, Armed Forces Special Powers Act and China. "I am a minister, I have to stand by constitutional provisions," he told NDTV adding that his comments on beef ban were "not properly represented". On his ministry being on collision course with Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi, he said that Union Territories are administratively controlled by Union Home Ministry and it was "unbecoming" of Delhi chief minister to behave like a chief minister of a full-fledged state. He appreciated Tripura government's move to revoke AFSPA, but said the repealing of the Act from other states is "totally dependent on the ground situation".
