Placement agencies or exploitation hubs?
Placement agencies have mushroomed over the past five years in Delhi, providing domestic helps to NCR families. But almost ninety per cent of these agencies are unregulated, not registered, and become the first point of exploitation for girls brought from other parts of the country to the capital.
