Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, the patron of the Peoples Democratic Party, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi this morning, days after their parties finalised an alliance to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir. "History has given us a second chance, we should respect people's verdict. We have got the opportunity to unite hearts and minds of the people of Jammu and Kashmir," Mr Sayeed said.
