Political rivalry looms over Maya's b'day
As Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati celebrates her 53rd birthday, the opposition parties in the state have announced protests. However, the ruling Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) will observe the day as Opposition Dhikkar Diwas. While the opposition parties will observe her birthday as a day of condemnation, the Samajwadi Party (SP) will hold something they call the Thoo-Thoo Diwas.
