Qasab's case to be shifted
The Metropolitan Court in Mumbai will determine on Monday whether the 26/11 case of terror attacks can be referred to the Sessions Court. Since the Metropolitan court does not have the jurisdiction to try the case under the murder charges among others, the case would be committed to a special Sessions Court to be set up inside the Arthur Road jail.
