The biggest battle of India democracy is upon us, election dates have been announced and Battleground 2019 will be the battle between NDA 3.0 and UPA 3.0 and at the moment it seems to be the BJP-led NDA which is leading the race in stitching up alliances. Mahua Moitra, Trinamool spokesperson says that it is battle for the idea of India and if opposition parties don't get their act together there might be no constitution by 2024. KC Tyagi, senior leader of the JDU, says that NDA is a settled alliance and in a key state like Bihar, the BJP-JDU alliance has a definitive edge. Ghanshyam Tiwari of the Samajwadi Party believes that in the most important state of UP, the SP-BSP-RLD grand alliance is set to win and it is for Congress to work out its strategy. On The Big Fight 2019, we ask, who is leading the alliance race.
