Reopening Rules: Malls Prepare For June 8
Shopping malls, restaurants, hotels and places of worship will open from Monday. The government has issued guidelines, which include measures like staggering visitors to malls, ensuring distance is maintained and air-conditioning kept at a particular temperature. Temperature screenings will be a must at entrances and visitors will be allowed only if they use face cover or masks. Shopping in malls is going to be a whole new experience. Kumar Rajagopalan, Retailers' Association of India, says malls have been preparing for this for a while and they're all set for Unlock2.
