Should People Be Arrested For Tweeting Against Politicians?
The Bombay High Court has come down heavily on the Maharashtra government over the recent arrests due to social media remarks against Sharad Pawar. The court said it would like to ask the state governments if they are going to take cognizance of each and every social media post. Several such cases have been reported recently in which the accused were thrown behind the bars over social media posts.
