Soil Erosion Affects Crops In Assam After Heavy Rain, Floods
Residents of Saralpara village in Kokrajhar district of Assam have urged the government to assist them with severe erosion along the Saralbhanga River. They say that due to heavy rainfall in recent days, they fear significant loss of life and crops, as large parts of their farmland are submerged in water.
