Solan: Villagers Claim Their Houses Submerged Due To Rise In Water Level Of Nearby Stream
Many villagers residing in Kumarhatti area of Solan district in Himachal Pradesh say they are living in fear of their villages getting submerged due to the rising water level in the nearby water stream.
They allege after the repair of a road damaged due to heavy rains last year, the construction debris was thrown into the stream blocking its flow, subsequently leading to a rise in its water level.
