Surjeet Singh released from Pak jail after 30 yrs, will reunite with family at Wagah
Surjeet Singh, who's spent over three decades in a Pakistani jail on charges of spying, has been released and will be handed over to India. The 69-year-old will be escorted by Pakistani Policemen to the Wagah border crossing, where he will be handed over to Indian authorities at around 10 am. His family from Ferozepur and villagers, in full celebration mode, are at Wagah to receive him.
