As votes were counted in Haryana on Thursday, Dushyant Chautala -- whose Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) - was in the game to play kingmaker in case of a hung verdict. He said his party held the "keys" to the next government in the state. "I believe the keys to the Haryana assembly are in the hands of the JJP," Mr Chautala told NDTV, adding that he saw an atmosphere of change.
