"Time To Open Up, Build Confidence Among Travellers": Karnataka Eases Curbs

Karnataka today eased restrictions on inter-state travel. It is no longer compulsory for travellers to register their contact details on the Seva Sindhu portal, quarantine, get a COVID test, a state government circular read. There will be no more medical checks at the state borders, bus stations, railway stations and airports, no screening at district receiving centres, passenger categorisation or hand stamping, it said. These relaxations are based on the Centre's Unlock3 guidelines.
